THOROUGH - RESPONSIVE - ENCOURAGING - ENTHUSIASTIC - VALUABLE
To say real estate runs in her blood is an understatement. Mckinze grew up in a real estate family that owned a real estate brokerage and an architecture firm. Mckinze spent her days observing every aspect of the real estate world from property management, investment strategies, land acquisition, feasibility studies, land development, and more. Before becoming a career agent herself, Mckinze went into the supply chain management corporate world and applied that knowledge to bring finely tuned efficiencies to make a seamless home transacting experience. For over 20 years and a career spanning five diverse markets, Mckinze has always focused on keeping her clients well-informed and well-represented every step of the way.
Personally, she is an avid golfer and a mom to twin boys, Rory and Redding. She knows the importance of proactive solutions and discussions to help mitigate stress and optimize efficiencies in a transaction to not impose on a client’s personal time. Her husband is a University of Denver business professor and a devoted tennis player. Moving across five states with her family, she is intimately familiar with all aspects of transitioning to a new chapter via relocating, purchasing, selling, and rental property investments which she has held in all of her home states, including Denver.
