In a mad dash to relocate their family from Chicago to Denver, these buyers were on the hunt for the perfect place in Cherry Creek North or Country Club with the right modern touch. When launching this 23-townhome project off of Albion St and Bruce Randolph Ave with my partner (and fellow LIV broker Garrett Bessera), we had no idea the interest would be so high. However, after showcasing the sophisticated finishes, vaulted ceilings, and bright flex spaces hand-grafted by the developer Rubix Group, the project completely sold out prior to even breaking ground. After almost a year of construction and coordinating dozens of inspections, appraisals, and closings we were thrilled to get all units closed promptly!
