A generational property, the client was ready to turn over the rental condo to its new owners to help purchase her first home. Updating this quaint unit with new flooring, bathroom fixtures vanity, appliances, and light fixtures, the place was revitalized. On the market with quite a lot of interest but not quite the right offer, we garnered a strong offer with limited inspection contingencies and the right buyer. The new owners will benefit from the tight-knit community and thrills of Capitol Hill!



Stylish 2016 half duplex in a prime desirable pocket within LoHi, one of the most vibrant Denver neighborhoods. Long-time clients of mine, this family was ready for more space in a quieter neighborhood. Under contract on their new home with an elongated Closing period to accommodate their home sale, we listed right away. This ultra-custom half duplex saw strong interest. The clients were under contract early in the first weekend with an over-list offer with no financing contingencies and a long post-closing occupancy period for the sellers to comfortably move into their new home. The leaves aren’t the only things changing!



Under contract on this new build project since early this year, this buyer has been eagerly anticipating the completion of his new home. Since the early stages of the build, the buyer was able to make preferred upgrades to the space to make it his own. Flexibility in his current lease has allowed us to accommodate any construction extensions, though luckily these have been minimal. Walkthroughs to see progress have been encouraging and exciting for this first-time homebuyer!
