Cherry Creek East
Represented Buyer
These longtime clients were on the lookout for a great attached product in Cherry Creek, post the decision to exit the bustling LoHi neighborhood in favor of splitting their time between Denver and Hawaii. After a few weekends of searching, they were able to secure this unit in an unbeatable location complete with vaulted ceilings, french doors a private patio, and lots of natural light.

LoHi
Represented Buyer and Seller
Wanting to avoid the chaos of the current market and coordinating showings with small children, this seller contacted me in the hopes that I had a buyer looking for a place in LoHi. Luckily, daughters of longtime clients had been looking for this exact product and were able to work with a long post-occupancy in lieu of their extended summer road trip.

Wheat Ridge
Represented Buyer
Looking for charm and character compared to move-in ready, these first-time home buyers decided to ramp up their home search immediately following their wedding. A true retro gem, this ranch-style home features original hardwood flooring, an elegant arched entryway, and a gorgeous cove ceiling; the perfect place for these buyers is their 2 furry friends!

Greenwood Village
Represented Buyer
What a gratifying journey it was to finally get this small but mighty family into their dream home! After months of searching for the perfect property complete with plenty of bedrooms and flex space for kids, a big yard, and a great school district (and offering on quite a few), I found them their perfect property at this 5 BR, 4 BA, 4400 SF home with plenty of room to run.

Arvada
Represented Buyer
Ready to get out of a rental and into a home with his two teenage sons, this buyer was looking to set down roots in a very specific neighborhood in Arvada. After looking (and offering) for months on a place with the right floor plan, we finally locked down this 2200 SF home with lots of flex space and room for summer entertaining.

Park Hill
Represented Buyer
These first-time home buyers weren’t looking for a home with income potential, but couldn’t say no to this newly built 4 bed, 3 bath home. The custom kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and walkability that provide them endless weekend activities also sports a carriage house with a strong rental history that gives the buyers, even more, to work with.

Observatory Park
Represented Buyer
Following in the footsteps of their son in relocating to Denver from the East Coast, these buyers were on the hunt for quality over size. Rather than having to settle and overpay on a property they weren’t in love with, they chose to go the new construction route with the ability to customize and tweak finishes to build their dream home. Wine wall and all, this home truly is now a wonder in the neighborhood.

Cherry Creek
Represented Buyer
These buyers were on the hunt to relocate to Denver in the ever-popular Cherry Creek area with space for family and friends to come and visit. They fell in love with this elegant and stoic property on a 6250 SF lot with a gourmet kitchen, huge quartzite island, and mountain views, in addition to the state-of-the-art sound and audio system and extraordinary master bathroom with 2 wings.

University Park
Represented Buyer
Looking for a true investment, this buyer had to fight through the crazy Denver market for over 3 months before finally locking down his perfect property. The 3 BR, 2 BA at 1,415 SF home in the University Park neighborhood was the perfect option for him with it’s large outdoor entertaining space and plenty of room for friends and family to enjoy.

Aurora
Represented Seller
Looking to sell their tranquil, single-family home in the Willow Trace subdivision, these sellers were excited to see if the market craziness of Denver Metro would also apply to Aurora. Sporting a finished basement, great backyard entertaining space, and bedrooms galore, this property had 13 showings within 5 days of listing and secured an offer at $18,000 over the list price, making the sellers’ relocation back to Wisconsin all the more enjoyable!

LoHi
Represented Seller
This premier south duplex in the LoHi sweet spot was a true gem to get to sell. It’s vaulted ceilings, gorgeous backyard space, and full NanaWall opening in the back of the home made it a hot property, generating buzz prior to even hitting the market. After a busy opening weekend of 15 showings and multiple full-price offers, we were able to get a buyer locked down at $16,000 over the asking price! Thankfully, the sellers and their vivacious dog Trudy will now have an easy move.
