This investment property was acquired with the primary objective of ensuring a favorable return for my clients, allowing them to leverage a 1031 exchange for their next real estate acquisition. While the property was under contract, we astutely navigate an opportunity to strategically exit the existing contract in favor of a backup offer at a higher price point. Now, we are in the process of searching for a suitable replacement property to further strengthen my clients' real estate portfolio.
